Try before you pay

The free tier exists so you can evaluate Vriddhix properly — real backtests, real net-of-cost results — before paying anything. We’d rather you upgrade because it’s worth it than because you guessed.

Monthly plans

• Cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
• No pro-rata refunds for partial months once a billing period has started.

Annual plans

• 14-day money-back guarantee on your first annual purchase: full refund, no questions asked, if you request it within 14 days of payment.
• After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable for the remainder of the term, but you can disable renewal at any time.

Billing errors and duplicate charges

Duplicate or erroneous charges are refunded in full — contact us with the transaction reference and we’ll sort it out.

How to request a refund

Email billing@vriddhix.example from your registered address with your payment reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days (bank timelines may add a few days). GST on refunded amounts is reversed as per applicable rules.

What happens to your data

Downgrading or cancelling never deletes your saved strategies — they remain available on the free tier, subject to free-tier limits.
